Who I am:

With 36 years in the beauty industry, my career has been built on creativity, connection, education, and a genuine love for this profession. Over the years, I have been licensed in five states and have owned two salons in my homes, operated a salon suite, and managed brick-and-mortar salons. I’ve experienced nearly every side of the industry—from working behind the chair and building a loyal clientele to managing businesses and helping other professionals grow.
After stepping away from traditional salon ownership while caring for my aging parents, I continued my work from a salon in my own home. That experience gave me a new perspective on what I value most about this industry: the relationships, the artistry, the creativity, the freedom, and the opportunity to make a difference in people’s lives.
Now, I’m entering an exciting new chapter—creating a space where new and emerging stylists can learn, grow, build confidence, and develop the real-world skills they need to succeed. I’m passionate about passing along the knowledge I’ve gained through decades of experience and helping the next generation find their own path in an industry I have loved for so many years.
